Make These Halloween Crafts With Your Kids Today

Girl making craft

You’ve picked out your costumes. You’ve bought candy to give out. You’ve even cut up that pumpkin into a scary jack-o-lantern. Or a happy one. Either way, you’re all set for the big night. But we have a suggestion for a little more fun before everyone heads out to go trick or treating. Make these Halloween crafts with your kids today.

Smell My Feet

Ahh yes. An oldie but a goodie. You know how it goes. Trick or treat. Smell my feet. Give me something good to eat. Whether it works or not is up for debate, but you got to admit, it is kind of funny. Well, now you can immortalize that poetic solicitation for candy with art. It involves your kids’ footprints and a couple of pairs of eyeballs to turn those footprints into ghosts.

Q-Tip Skeletons

This craft looks hard, but it’s really super easy. Get it? It looks hard. Because it’s bone? Nevermind. But it really is an easy craft to make. If you’re thinking that you really don’t need much more than Q-Tips, scissors, glue, and black construction paper, well, then you’d be right. Okay, you do need something for the skull. Like white construction paper. But again. Super easy.

Paper Plate Vampire

So you ‘vant’ to make a vampire? Great, try this craft with paper plates, a little paint, a nice red bow, and of course, googly eyes. But remember, don’t let it in any sunlight. Also, for legal reasons we have to say that we’re not responsible if your vampire morphs into a paper plate bat.
